I have had quick deliveries of what I have ordered. Very good help through email contact in choosing the right products when I wasn’t sure what would suit my needs best.
I have the feeling that the management has a personal consideration for their customers and do their very best to help them.
I purchased a wifi camera from SCS enterprises. The product was shipped very quickly. I had problems setting it up and called their tec support, Outstanding tec support, Joel to be specific. There was a problem with the unit maintaining connectivity, I was advised to send it back and they would fix the issue. The turnaround time was extremely quick and had it back home in no time. I called tec support back to help with the setup and as usual they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The camera works perfectly but it’s the support of the company, especially Joel that will bring me back to SCS Enterprise.
